Our crew used PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift and level the sunken concrete without demolition. After the lift, we sealed the joints and cracks using NexusPro®, a flexible and long-lasting sealant designed for Utah’s freeze/thaw cycles. This fast, clean, and permanent solution restored the step’s stability and appearance in just one day.
