This East Randolph, Vermont crawl space needed protection from ground moisture and damp conditions beneath the home. Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed Drainage Matting and the CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System, along with a SmartDrain™, to create a cleaner, drier, and better-protected space.

This North Pomfret, Vermont, crawl space had water intrusion, an exposed ground surface, and inadequate support beneath the floor system. Our crew installed a TripleSafe® Sump Pump System, CleanSpace® encapsulation, and the SmartJack® Crawl Space Support System to create a drier, cleaner, and structurally reinforced space beneath the home.

A homeowner in Calais, Vermont, reached out to Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems after a great recommendation from a friend who had their crawl space encapsulated.  To turn the once nasty, moist crawl space into a sealed, winterized, humidity-controlled area, Northern Basement Systems installed a Crawl Space Encapsulation System, with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and Air Purification System.
