Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems had previously installed a CleanSpace Wall System and Power Bracing for a home owner in Burlington, Vermont.  The customer was now looking to insulate the basement walls and rim joists around the perimeter of the entire basement.  Matt's team of expert installers lined all of the basement walls with Foamax and sprayed closed-cell polyurathane insulation in the rim joists.  The basement is now much warmer and will save the home owner money on the heating bill.  

A homeowner in Essex, Vermont was searching for a permanent solution to stop the water form entering the basement.  After a FREE ESTIMATE from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems a design was made to put an end to the water problem. 

Matt's team installed a WaterGuard Drainage System paired with a SuperSump Pump and IceGuard Discharge Line System.  The WaterGuard will take any water and flow it to SuperSump Pump.  The pump will then pump the water out of the basment to an external IceGuard Discharge line away from the home.
