This beautiful homes sits right on the water in Forest, Virginia. Due to the slop of their property the run off had caused water to enter into one portion of their basement. System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, met with the homeowners and provided a solution that addressed their concerns with the water and to address it permanently. 

Foreman, Matt Burger, and his crew came out and completed the installation of our WaterGuard XL system and a Sump Pump Plus to remove any water that enters into their basement. 

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions due to water intrusion in their basement. Fortress sent out one of our expert system designers to preform an inspection of the home and come up with a solution to give the homeowner peace of mind. After presenting our findings and a quote, this homeowner decided to invest in a full perimeter waterproofing system to protect their home. Our installation crews installed our WaterGuard waterproofing system and our CleanSpace Vapor barrier to the walls of the basement. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain to a TripleSafe sump pump with battery backup and external drainage.

This homeowner located in Monroe, VA, contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they noticed water was entering into their basement through the base of their walls. 

Fortress installed our full perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TrenchDrain Grated Drain Pipe for around their water heater. Our TrenchLock has a grated opening which is specifically designed to accept water from the floor, assuring this homeowner that their basement would stay dry!

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that the homeowner will never have to worry about flooding again!
