This home owner called our Fortress Team in distress because his home, that was passed down by his father, seemed to be settling. He was very concerned when he saw a stair step crack along his basement wall and one corner of his home was sinking in. We sent our System Designer, Caleb Stone, to inspect the property. He provided a great solution to install our Foundation Push Piers to lift the sinking foundation and create that support that this home needs. Foreman, David Bowers, took his production crew, Reggie, Toby, and Kimbel, out to the property to execute Caleb's solution. We were able to provide relief to the home owner and ensure his family home was a safe, comfortable living environment for themselves and their loved ones. 

This home in Roanoke had foundation walls that were severely cracking and bowing. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to have those walls supported and stabilized.

Fortress went out and installed our Geo-Lock Channel Anchor System. This system includes galvanized steel earth anchors, which embed in stable soil outside your foundation walls. When the installation is complete, all inward movement is halted, and there is an opportunity for a long-term straightening of the foundation walls.
