The basement of this Lynchburg home had issues with water seepage, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get that problem solved.

To best solve the water intrusion issue, Fortress installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The WaterGuard works to catch any water seeping in before it ever reaches the basement floor. The water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home and into the yard through a discharge line. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry!

This basement in Lynchburg had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The floors of the house were also warped. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and SmartJack Supports were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the basement. The SmartJackSupports straighten the floor of the home and add much needed support. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement or bowing floors again!

This homeowner wanted to take advantage of the housing market and sell their home. They decided to have our Watergaurd drainage system with a Smart Sump Pump installed to appeal to any new homeowner that was interested in their home. Our team installed did a beautiful install of the system to include french drain in front of the exterior doorway and work around for the existing water heater. 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned with a gap that was in-between the baseboard and floor. The home owners were flipping this property and getting it done efficiently was important to them. We sent our System Designer, Paul, out to inspect the property. After a thorough inspection he determined the best solution was to install our Smart Jacks XT to raise the floor and add additional support .
