Suzanne B. called Fortress Foundation Solutions. She had water in her basement, but was concerned about several obstacles - one being a fireplace. A System Designer met with her providing an inspection and free estimate. He was able to reassure Suzanne that our WaterGuard System can be installed around any obstacles without compromise. Hearing the great news, she was ready to move forward. Soon a Fortress Waterproofing crew was onsite installing the system which included a full perimeter drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump with back up battery and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to remove excess moisture. The crew also installed trench drain around the fireplace, in front of exterior doors, and around the hot water heater and water softener, tying the drainage into the WaterGuard. Now Suzanne's basement is healthy, safe and completely dry!
