This home in Rockville,MD was experiencing water intrusion in the basement.  The homeowners made the right choice by calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, to get the job done right! Our System Designer, Jordan went out to this home to provide a free estimate. Dave saw first hand the water coming into the basement. His solution to this issue was to install our WaterGuard system along with our Super Sump Sump pump. This system ensures no water intrusion for years to come. 

A Point of Rocks, MD homeowner noticed water coming into his basement soon after purchasing his home. He attempted several fixes himself, but could not get the water to stop coming in. Over time, his flooring was ruined and he could no longer use the downstairs living area. Ready for a solution he called Fortress Foundation Solutions! Soon he was meeting with a system designer who inspected the basement, explained our products and provided a same day estimate all for no cost. Ready for a permanent fix, he agreed. A Fortress waterproofing crew set to work on the basement installing a WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The WaterGuard catches any water that would try to come into the home and drains it to the TripleSafe. Our most powerful sump pump, the TripleSafe has two pumps and a third back-up pump connected to a battery in case of power failure. This customer was tired of dealing with basement flooding every time it rained. Contacting Fortress, we sent out a system designer to come up with a solution. We installed our full perimeter WaterGuard Waterproofing Solution to this customers basement. WaterGuard traps the water as it comes into the basement, directs it to a sump pump and then out of a discharge line.

This homeowner in Braddock Heights reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had a recurring issue with water seeping into their basement with rain and they wanted a permanent solution to this problem.

To best solve this issue, Fortress went out and installed WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor, and then channeling that water to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home and into the yard through an exterior discharge line. Fortress also installed a CleanSpace Wall System. This homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!

This Bristow, VA homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after cracks in the basement walls and water coming in the cracks became unmanageable. He was unable to use his basement for storage as the items became moldy. Our system designer recommended a basement water proofing system. Eager to reclaim the space, the homeowner proceeded. Soon a water proofing crew was onsite installing WaterGuard drainage, a Triple Safe Sump Pump and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls. The CleanSpace is antimicrobial and directs all water seeping through the walls down into the WaterGuard. It is then drained to the sump pump and pumped out of the home. Now this Bristow, VA basement is dry and the space usable again!
