This crawlspace in Lebanon was dirty, unusable for storage, and had water damage from repeated flooding. Fortress solved these issues by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System and a SmartSump System with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now this crawl space will stay clean and dry!

This homeowner in Abingdon,VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concern regarding their crawlspace. This crawlspace was very wet, and had mold. Our System Designer decided the best solution to this issue was our CleanSpace vapor barrier.  Our Foreman, Matthew and his crew went out to this home and installed these products. The finished result was a dry, mold free crawlspace for years to come. 

The crawl space of this home in Abingdon was collecting water every time it rained. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution on keeping that crawl space dry.

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to assess this home and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump.

In Jewell Ridge, VA, our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions tackled a humid, mold-prone crawl space inflating the homeowner's energy bills and causing structural concerns. As shown in the first photo, persistent moisture led to significant problems. To resolve these issues, we installed our elite CleanSpace encapsulation system, effectively blocking moisture and preventing future mold growth. Alongside this, we incorporated SilverGlo wall insulation to enhance energy efficiency, as seen in the after picture. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry. When Murphy looks into his crawl space now, it is clean, dry and he knows his home is protected!
