Crawl Space Encapsulation in Danville, Virginia
The Pauley family in Danville, Virginia was dealing with a crawl space that stayed damp and unhealthy, as shown in the before photo. Water pooling up was starting to affect both the space itself and the air quality in the home.
We solved the problem by sealing the crawl space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and improving insulation with our SilverGlo wall panel insulation. To handle any water intrusion, we installed an UltraSump sump pump system for reliable drainage and protection.
In the after photo, the difference is clear. The crawl space is now clean, dry, and much better protected, helping support a healthier home overall.
Crawl Space Encapsulation in Lynch Station, Virginia
Tammy in Lynch Station started noticing a musty smell in the home along with a damp, heavy feeling in the air—especially during the warmer months. Suspecting the crawl space might be the source, Tammy reached out to our team and scheduled a FREE inspection. Our system designer evaluated the space and found excess moisture along with visible organic growth.
After reviewing the plan, Tammy decided to move forward with the work. Our crew first treated the affected areas with Mold-X to eliminate the growth and create a clean starting point. Then we installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal out ground moisture, added SilverGlo insulation to help regulate temperature, and placed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity moving forward.
Waterproofing Crawlspace on Otterview Road, Forest, Virginia
No problem if your home is too small, or too big! This homeowner called and informed us of a musty smell coming from their crawlspace, and whenever our System Designer, Eddie Salido, went down there, he found that it would have a quick and easy fix!
Soon after, our Foreman, AJ Looney, went down into the crawlspace and laid down gravel around the door of the crawlspace to allow drainage, then installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to ensure that the crawlspace stays dry and tidy!
Crawl Space Encapsulation in Forest, Virginia
In Forest, David wanted to address moisture concerns in his crawl space before they developed into larger problems. The area was holding excess humidity and lacked the protection needed to properly control moisture long-term, creating conditions that could eventually impact air quality, energy efficiency, and the overall health of the home.
To fully protect the crawl space, our team installed a complete encapsulation system designed to create a clean, dry, and controlled environment beneath the home. CleanSpace® was installed throughout the crawl space to seal out ground moisture, while SilverGlo™ insulation was added along the walls to improve energy efficiency and help maintain more consistent indoor temperatures.
To control humidity year-round, we also installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry and healthy. As shown in the after photos, the space is now fully sealed, cleaner, and far better protected from future moisture problems—giving David lasting peace of mind and a more energy-efficient home.
Crawl Space Repair in Forest, Virginia
In Forest, Mike had begun noticing uneven floors throughout parts of his home, along with excess moisture and humidity in the crawl space beneath it. The combination of structural instability and ongoing moisture issues was creating concerns about the long-term condition of the home and the health of the crawl space environment.
Scott and his crew installed a complete crawl space repair and encapsulation system to address both the structural and moisture problems. SmartJack® supports were installed beneath the home to stabilize the sagging floor system and provide lasting structural support.
To protect the crawl space from moisture, the team installed a CleanSpace® vapor barrier to seal out ground humidity and create a cleaner, controlled environment. SilverGlo™ insulation was added along the walls to improve energy efficiency and help regulate temperatures, while a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control humidity year-round.
