This crawl space in Bedford was damp and dirty from repeated flooding. There was an old sump pump installed that didn't work properly and needed to be replaced. Fortress came to this home and installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This crawl space is now clean and dry!

This homeowner wanted to protect their investment of their new home by ensuring the safety and stability of the crawlspace. Our team came in and installed our CleanSpace system to take care of the homeowners concerns. 

A homeowner on Wycliffe St. in Bedford, VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after moisture issues in his crawl space. Efflorescence had built up on the walls from years of moisture seeping through the block. Our System Designer Brandon Conner, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon foreman Travis Farmer and his crew were onsite installing drainage matting, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture protecting the wood joists keeping the space dry!

System Designer, Sonny Kingsbury, met with a small church located in Rockbridge Baths, VA where they had several concerns they wanted to address. Sonny, made this an easy, stress-free process!

Foreman, Andre Luck (Lucky) and his crew completed the project for this church. They installed four Smart Jacks to support the floor, Smart Sump Pump, CleanSpace encapsulation system, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry and building a knee wall to protect the addition that the church had put on.

This homeowner reached out to Fortress because they had a crawlspace that was wet and musty, and needed our help!
