One of the System Designers here at Fortress went out to assess the issues this homeowner was having. Our System Designer informed the homeowner that there had been a lot water intrusion. He recommended to the homeowner that they have us install our Crawl Space Vapor Barrier along with our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Mr. Lawson in Roanoke had been dealing with ongoing moisture in his basement. Water intrusion was starting to create concerns about damage and potential mold, so he needed a dependable, long-term solution.

We approached the project by first installing a WaterGuard drainage system to collect any water entering along the perimeter and direct it away from the space. That system was tied into a TripleSafe sump pump, which handles the discharge and keeps the basement protected even during heavier water flow. To round things out, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity levels and improve overall air quality.
