After evicting their free-loading tenant, foreman, Travis Farmer and his crew arrived. They installed EZFlow drainage and a Triple Safe sump pump. The EZFlow directs any water threatening to come into the crawl space to the Triple Safe. The Triple Safe, with its battery back up, then pumps the water out and still functions if the power goes out. Next, drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier were installed. Now the crawl space is dry, clean and ready for storage.
