They then installed Smart Jacks to lift and stabilize her sagging floor joists and finished by encapsulating the entire crawl space with CleanSpace. Now ground moisture is locked away preventing further mold growth and wood rot. Clean, mold-free air flows from the crawl space up into the home making it safe and secure!

Homeowner Dan Power recently purchased a home in Appomattox, VA. His last home had a crawlspace that had been encapsulated, and Dan enjoyed the peace of mind and extra storage space that created for him and his family. Our Foreman, Aaron and his crew went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawlspace from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
