In Rural Retreat, VA, a homeowner faced uneven and unstable concrete surfaces, as seen in the before photo. This problem compromised the safety and appearance of their property, leading them to contact Fortress Foundation Solutions. To rectify the situation, we applied our PolyLevel system. We drilled pea-sized holes and injected high-strength polyurethane foam to fill the voids under the slabs. The foam expanded, effectively stabilizing, lifting, and leveling the concrete. As visible in the after photo, the surface is now smooth and secure, demonstrating the effectiveness of concrete repair.

The sidewalk at this home in Max Meadows had sunken, becoming quite a tripping hazard.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to this home and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that sidewalk up to it's original position.

The foreman, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.

Robert E. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after the patio where his hot tub is located had dropped and cracked. He did not want anyone tripping or falling! System Designer, Chris Guill, was happy to provide a free estimate to lift and level the patio. PolyCrew leader, Tim Gregorin, used his expertise to carefully inject PolyLevel foam into the slab and apply NexusPro to fill the cracks. Now Robert and his family can enjoy their hot tub again without stubbed toes or twisted ankles!

This pool deck in Newport was unlevel and sinking away from the house. There were several large cracks along the pool deck. This pool deck was a tripping hazard and was not safe for children. Fortress helped this family out by using the PolyLevel Injection Method to level and seal all of the cracks. Now the pool deck is safe again!
