Sean and Elise noticed their sidewalk dropping over several years. Recently, drainage issues had become a problem with water coming in where the slab had pulled away. These East Point Road, Elkton, VA homeowners were concerned when a void developed under their front walkway causing it to drop. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
