Kai's crawl space needed EZ Flow drainage, a Smart Sump Sump Pump, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. EZ Flow directs groundwater to the Smart Sump, which pumps the water outside the home. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier seals off the home from the damp/wet ground below. The SaniDry Sedona removes excess moisture, keeping the area dry and protecting the wood. Kai's home is his biggest asset. Next they rolled out the drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep things dry. This home in Gaithersburg,MD had some sagging floors. These homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come out a take a look. Our System Designer, Jordan was able to go out to this home for the free estimate. Jordans solution to this issue was to Place Smart Jacks under the floor to provide extra support. Jordan also reccommended our Clen Space Vappor Barrier to protect the home from the outside elements. The final result was a clean and bright crawl space.
