This homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns of a bowing wall. Our System Designer was able to come out to this home and provide a solution. This wall had a horizonal crack going across the whole wall. The wall was beginning to bow inward and needed to be stabilized. Our Foreman and his crew installed our PowerBrace system. These supports are placed on the wall to prevent further issue.  

This homeowner located in Broadway, VA contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were receiving water in their crawl space, causing their floor joists to rot. The floors in their home had started to sag, so our System Designer, Paul Heckman, recommended that we install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System.

This homeowner contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors in there home were starting to sag and each time it rained, they would receive water in their crawl space. 

Fortress informed the customer that their home was in serious need of our SmartJacks Crawl Space Stabilizer. This system is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging floors. SmartJacks can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position. 

We also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartSump to assure this homeowner that they would no longer receive water in their crawl space. 

This homeowner in Port Republic called Fortress because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. We also installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to assure them that their crawl space would stay dry!

This customer came to us with a wall-to-wall horizontal crack and cracks between cinder blocks. Thankfully, there was no water. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a series of PowerBraces and CarbonArmor fiber strips. These two products offer the same protection, but are used depending on any obstructions of the wall.
