Initial call was super easy and appointment simple/quick to schedule. Danny C was incredibly communicative, flexible in scheduling and notifying me when he was on the way. He was prompt, super knowledgeable and explained everything to me. While we didn’t need the services to fix our issue, which Danny was completely honest and transparent about, my wife and I both thought he was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and an incredible representative of the company—we commented that we’d both hire him if we had a job for him and that FFS must do something right with their hiring.

i would like to share my experience with Fortress Foundations. The crew communicated their arrival time, provided a detailed plan for the work, and were diligent in setting up mechanisms to protect the areas outside of the work zone from any excessive dust during the project. I could not be more pleased with the manner in which the work was completed, the skilled labor, and the professionalism shown by this work crew. Fortress Foundation Solutions just completed work on waterproofing our basement. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. They were extremely polite! The crews consisted of Santiago, Ronnie Sr and Ronnie Jr. All excellent!
