We had Fortress Foundation Solutions install several components in our basement - power braces, gutters, and a sump pump. Danny, our sales rep, was excellent. He answered all of our questions during the initial appointment as well as a few afterward. We never felt pressured to sign or commit to the proposal which allowed us time to thoroughly review and explore our options. The team who did the install - Cope, Jeremy, and Ricky - were also excellent. They were not annoyed by us checking progress, asking questions, or taking pictures of the work throughout.We obtained additional proposals from other companies and did extensive research, but ultimately went with Fortress because of their reviews, proposal, and pricing. They will absolutely be our first call for any future work we may need!

After opening up the wall and have many experts look at the problem we decided to go with the estimate Mike gave us because it fit our timeline the best. The fortress team sent out Gus, David, Luis and Jorge over to fix the leak in our foundation. Overall I am happy with the quick time line they were able to accommodate.
