Fredericksburg, VA: The pool area of this Fredericksburg home had a slab that was sinking and causing a lip at the top of the stairs of the pool. The slabs to the left and right of the pool were also heaving. The joints were rotting away / getting pushed out from underneath, as well as the concrete was riddled with cracks. Our team went ahead and lifted the concrete to be level with the pool steps using our PolyLEVEL technology, removed the old joints and filled them in with our NexusPRO. We also went ahead and did crack repair using our NexusPRO product. The concrete really does look brand new!

Fredericksburg -- For repairing this concrete we used our PolyLevel foam, NexusPro, and SealantPro. First, we inject our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete to lift up the concrete slabs and level them together. Second, we fill in the cracks and the joints with our NexusPro. Our NexusPro is 100% silicone and with over 30 color options, it can match the color of the concrete! Lastly, we use our SealantPro to seal the concrete and protect it from future water, oil, and salt damage. A great job by our team!

Concrete walkway repair in Fredericksburg, VA: Say goodbye to trip hazards! Ogburn Construction expertly addressed leveling issues in this concrete walkway using PolyLEVEL foam, ensuring a smooth surface. Lastly, we use our SealantPro to seal the concrete and protect it from future oil, water, and salt stains. These three products together gave the customer a 10 year warranty!

Stafford -- To repair this staircase we used our three-part Concrete Protection Services. First, we inject our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the stairs with the landing. Second, we fill in the joints using out NexusPro to protect the ground underneath from further settlement. Lastly, we use our SealantPro to seal and protect the concrete from further oil, water, and salt stains. Great work!
