This club building in Grantsville, WV, had stair-step cracks over an inch wide that were threatening its structural integrity. It was in dire need of repair before the building would suffer severe damage. The club members heard of Alford Foundation & Crawl Space Repair through people they knew and gave us a call. To provide a long-term solution, we installed steel foundation piers, called helical piers, that lift or stabilize foundation walls without adding weight to the problem soil. Within a day's work, the crew had lifted the building back into its original place. Now, the club owners won't have to worry about their foundation and instead can focus on the community work they love to do.
