We sent a crew to Letart to start professional basement waterproofing and permanent floor stabilization. First, we added proper drainage to ensure any intruding water made its way through the drains and outside the home before ever touching the floor. We installed CleanSpace antimicrobial vapor barrier along the walls to protect the basement from moisture. We also placed a TripleSafe sump system to safely remove water and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air at all times. Finally, we installed SmartJacks to lift, secure, and level the sagging floors.
