We have been very fortunate for as many years as we have been in business to be associated with Alford Termite and Pest Control and now Alford Home Solutions. In that period of time, we have found the staff of Alford's to always be very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help us meet our deadlines. There are many times when we have deadlines, but never at any time has Melisa failed to meet our needs. Not only is she always willing to go the extra mile, but she does it in such a way that you think she is actually happy to be going out of her way to help us.

I have been a customer of Alford Home Solutions since 2005. I have had only two technicians and they have both been really nice. The technician I have now is RW. You could not ask for a better person to be on my property and performing a service for me without me being present.

Alford Home Solutions has great work ethics and very professional. Eddie Harmon and the crew were very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and they take pride in their work. Alford Home Solutions is lucky to have a Foreman like Eddie. He is a people person who takes pride in customer satisfaction.

Everyone did a very good job. I chose Alford Home Solutions, because they have a reputation for good cost. The installation crew were courteous and not all intrusive.

Installation crew and office staff were very professional. Job was complete within good time although their were complications, they still got the job done efficiently. 

Alford was very easy to work with & professional. I was happy with the way Danny addressed my issues but I am even more appreciative of Josh & his crew as they discovered my outbuilding was fully engulfed in flames! They rushed in to tell me, grabbed a fire extinguisher and fought the fire for me to keep it from reaching my home. There is no way I could have done what they did. I don’t know too many people who would jump in and do something of that nature. Not only did they do a great job on our encapsulation & floor joist repair, but they helped salvage my building and prevent damage to my home. Would definitely recommend!!!!
