Before:
The homeowner had a damp, musty crawl space with exposed soil and block walls. Seasonal moisture led to odors, condensation on ducts, and uncomfortable floors above. After:
We encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier. The liner was mechanically fastened and sealed across the floor and up the walls with taped seams and airtight penetrations. We added drainage matting in low spots to promote flow toward the service area and sealed exterior vents to stop humid air from entering.

The crawl space is now clean, dry, and isolated from ground moisture—improving comfort, protecting wood framing, and creating a brighter, serviceable space.
