After:
Sure-Dry installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system to capture groundwater seepage and directed it to a TripleSafe® sump pump for reliable pumping performance. A buried discharge line moved water safely away from the home. To address air leakage, RimTight™ sealing was applied at the perimeter, and SilverGlo® insulation improved thermal performance along the walls. Three Sedona SaniDry® units were added to maintain controlled humidity across the full basement footprint.
The upgraded system now keeps the Land O’ Lakes basement dry, insulated, and protected year-round.
