This severely cracked garage floor was lifted and leveled with our PolyLevel Injection Foam and then all cracks were sealed using NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent the slab from moving in the future. The homeowners were thrilled to have a level garage surface that they were no longer afraid to drive on.

In Green Bay, WI our crew installed DryTrak, one of our French Drain Systems, around the perimeter of their basement.

Due to their monolithic foundation, meaning the floor and footing are one piece, we installed the drainage system to catch water that seeps up through the concrete floor or if it seeps down their walls. Once it collects in the DryTrak it will drain it to their sump pump to be discharged out. 

This keeps their basement looking nice and dry!

Ice Guard was installed on a sump pump discharge line to prevent water exiting the sump pump from freezing. Sump pump discharge lines are fed outside the home, meaning it's possible they could freeze during the cold winter months. A backed-up discharge line means your sump pump won't work properly in the event of water in your basement, which will make the flooding much worse. Our solution to this problem is the IceGuard® discharge line system.

The IceGuard® fits over the top of your discharge line to provide water with a secondary escape route. When the main line is working correctly, water simply flows out as usual. However, when the discharge line is frozen, the IceGuard® allows water to escape through slotted openings in the drain pipe. This ensures that any water your sump pump is removing from your basement is safely cleared away outside your home, preventing any backed up or frozen lines. The IceGuard® is compatible with all our sump pump systems.

Before: Even with two sump pumps and a Sure-Dry waterproofing system in place, this Green Bay basement still had elevated humidity and musty odors. The excess moisture created a damp environment that limited the homeowner’s use of the space and raised concerns about potential mold and material damage.

After: Sure-Dry installed a Sedona dehumidifier to provide high-capacity, energy-efficient humidity control. The Sedona automatically drains into the existing waterproofing system, requiring no manual emptying, and continuously filters the air to remove moisture and particulates.

This upgrade now keeps the basement air fresh, dry, and healthy—protecting the homeowner’s investment and improving the overall performance of their waterproofing system for lasting comfort and peace of mind.
