To address wall moisture and improve long-term protection, CleanSpace® vapor barrier was installed along the basement walls, providing a sealed, durable, and waterproof surface.

We installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system around the basement perimeter to capture seepage at its point of entry. Collected water now drains to a TripleSafe® sump system that provides three layers of protection—primary pump for everyday flow, a secondary pump for peak demand, and a battery-backup pump for power outages. To prevent winter backups, we added IceGuard® anti-freeze fittings on the exterior discharge.

If the line freezes, IceGuard safely vents water away from the home instead of back into the basement. The result is a dry, reliable basement year-round.
