SmartJacks were installed to reinforce floor support and level joists, enhancing structural integrity. The buried discharge line with IceGuard ensures water is safely moved away from the home without freezing issues in winter. A SuperSump Sump Pump System was added to efficiently discharge collected water away from the foundation. We applied the CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System to direct wall moisture into the drainage channel and prevent vapor intrusion. To address structural concerns, the SmartJack Structural Support System was installed to stabilize and lift sagging floor areas. The system was completed with a Sedona SaniDry Dehumidification System to control humidity year-round.
