After living in their home in Hardwood, MI for a couple of years they had recently taken a peek into their crawl space and realized how nasty and unhealthy it was. Eager to fix the problem they gave Sure-Dry a call and in just a couple of days we were out to check the problem.

As soon as, our crew got a good look they started to notice how damp and smelly their crawl space had gotten. The water that had started to collect in there had begun to saturate and started to rot some of the wooden beams. This can affect the health and well-being of the homeowners so the issue needed to be addressed immediately.

Our crew totally encapsulated the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, which is very thick and acts as a waterproof shield to keep water out completely, also giving it a much cleaner look. Since the issue of the rotten beams was also dangerous our crew removed the wooden beams and applied our Supplemental Beams in place for the wooden beams and attached to our Supplemental Beams are our SmartJacks. Our SmartJacks supports the weight of the floor and is made of galvanized steel and will never rot. 

These homeowners now have a dry, clean, healthy crawl space and will never have to worry about rotting beams again thanks to Sure-Dry. 

When homeowners in Hardwood, MI called about wanting to turn their crawlspace into a storage room we had just the solution.

We removed all debris in the crawlspace and then completely encapsulated it in CleanSpace Wall System. This wall system blocks out all water and anything that could ruin their belongings. It is thick and durable enough to avoid any rips or tears. 

These homeowners now have an entirely new room for storage! 

This dirt crawl space was suffering from water issues, which caused moisture and odors in the floors above it. To help remedy these issues, we excavated quite a bit of the standing dirt and installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier System and drainage matting to ensure that any moisture coming up from the dirt floor would no longer be able to reach the floors above it.

In Fish Creek, WI we encapsulated their crawlspace with CleanSpace to remove the water from entering in their floor joists and rotting the boards. To then insulate the crawlspace we installed SilverGlo. SilverGlo has tiny particles inside that reflect heat back into the crawlspace. 

Crawlspaces access wells are usually ugly and deteriorated, they let in rain, leaves, and debris. For homeowners in Baileys Harbor, theirs was letting in water and wasn't locked, which was very unsafe.

We installed the Turtl. This crawlspace access system is airtight and watertight. It also is secured and lockable. The Turtl is made from rigid plastic so it will not corrode or rot and is built to last a long time!

With a secured and protective access into their crawlspace, these homeowners can now sleep peacefully at night!
