The concrete slab of this garage in White Lake, WI was sinking so bad that it was actually separating away from garage itself, causing a major opening between the floor and walls. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

A homeowner in Combined Locks, WI began noticing visible horizontal cracking and inward bowing along multiple basement walls. The movement had worsened after heavy rains, and parts of the finished basement showed drywall separation and uneven floors above. With signs of both lateral and vertical shifting, the foundation required a structural repair plan capable of addressing different failure modes.

After:
To stabilize and reinforce the structure, our team installed a combination of GeoLock® Wall Anchors and PowerBrace™ Support Beams. GeoLocks were used where exterior access allowed anchor installation into stable soil beyond the backfill zone, immediately halting wall movement and enabling future tightening. In tighter areas with no dig access, PowerBraces were mounted floor-to-joist—providing strong interior-only stabilization.

Now, the Combined Locks home has a fully supported foundation with a plan for gradual realignment and long-term protection against soil pressure and structural movement.
