Seasonal moisture and dense Juneau County soils were exerting pressure against the wall, leading to structural stress and visible deflection. The homeowner was concerned that the movement was accelerating and threatening long-term stability.

After
Sure-Dry installed the GeoLock® Channel Anchor System to secure the wall and stop the inward movement. Vertical steel channels were anchored at the floor and ceiling, tied back to exterior earth anchors, and then torque-tightened to apply corrective pressure. This configuration stabilized the wall and created a controlled path for future straightening adjustments.
The homeowner now has a reinforced foundation wall protected against ongoing soil pressure, restoring both safety and confidence in the home’s structural integrity.
