The original sump pump this homeowner had failed to keep their basement dry and clean and so Sure-Dry installed a new, TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides three levels of protection to ensure basements stay safe and dry. The TripleSafe System includes a sump pump for normal functioning, a more robust pump for heavy water volumes or primary pump failure, and an UltraSump battery backup sump pump for power outages.

This homeowner had been experiencing persistent issues with flooding and a constantly wet basement. To address these concerns, a comprehensive solution was implemented, which included installing Sure-Dry WaterGuard and UltraSump systems.

The WaterGuard system is designed to be installed along the perimeter of the basement floor to intercept any incoming water. The system is then connected to the sump pump, which will pump the water out and away from the home. The UltraSump system is installed alongside WaterGuard to provide additional protection against water intrusion. It is a high-performance sump pump that can handle heavy water flow during heavy rain or flooding.

As part of the comprehensive solution, we've included a battery backup system. This ensures continued protection even during a power outage. The backup system automatically activates, removing water from the basement, even if there's no power supply.
