We installed the SmartJack® system to stabilize and lift the floor system. Each steel support was set on an engineered footing designed to distribute loads and resist settlement. After placing new steel support beams where needed, we adjusted the SmartJacks® to bring floors back toward level and eliminate bounce.

The result is a solid, stable first floor and a crawl space with reliable, adjustable structural support for long-term performance.

Our Sure-Dry team installed 20 GeoLocks to these homeowner's bowed walls and over time will strengthen and straighten the walls back to their original location.

The system is designed to prevent additional inward movement and, when conditions allow, can be adjusted over time in an effort to improve the wall’s position. With the PowerBrace system installed alongside the home's existing waterproofing improvements, the homeowner now has protection addressing both water management and structural stability in the basement.
