Before:
A homeowner in Marathon was seeing water along the wall–floor (cove) joint after storms. Musty odors lingered, the old pump felt unreliable during power flickers, and the above-grade discharge line risked freezing and backing water into the basement.

After:
We installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to capture seepage at the cove joint and route it to a new UltraSump® system with a sealed lid, alarm, and battery backup for outages. Outside, we added IceGuard® freeze-protection fittings and trenched a buried discharge line to carry water safely away from the foundation with a clean, low-profile finish.

Now the basement stays dry and usable year-round with dependable pumping and freeze-resistant discharge.

Before:
A homeowner in Marathon had a damp, musty crawl space with exposed soil and porous foundation walls. Humidity crept into the living space and the floors above felt chilly—especially in winter.

After:
We installed CleanSpace® across the crawl space floor and up the walls (wrapping piers and sealing all seams) to create a continuous vapor barrier, then added SilverGlo® rigid foam insulation on the walls for lasting thermal performance.

The system was connected to a newly installed SuperSump® sump pump, which efficiently removes collected water and discharges it safely outside the home. To address wall moisture, the team installed the CleanSpace® Wall System, a bright, durable vapor barrier that prevents water vapor from entering the basement and directs any wall seepage into the WaterGuard system.
Together, these three systems created a fully integrated waterproofing solution—keeping the basement dry, clean, and protected against future moisture issues.
