After introductions, they put rugs down in the hallway and 2' wide tape down the stairs and through the basement, so all carpeted rooms were covered. There was excellent communication between crew members and the work they did on the crawl space which was absolutely filthy, was fantastic ... and they did it in only one day! How congenial they were to my wife and I. To say I'm happy with their job would be an understatement, I am ecstatic with Sure-Dry.
