When replacing your sump pump system, you can't go wrong with the SuperSump.  It has the capability to pump 2,650 gallons/hour using the 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump, comes with the WaterWatch Alarm which will alert you if the water rises too high inside the sump crock, and comes with an airtight lid.  There is a floor drain built into the lid in case of flooding due to a plumbing source and has a knock out that you could use for your dehumidifier house.  You can pair this with the UltraSump Battery Back-up System to protect your home in case of a power outage or pump failure.

When looking for a new system, this is one that you should highly consider!    

This customer had an egress window installed in their basement as they are looking to make this a finished area. Prior to finishing they also wanted to make sure that they weren't going to have any water issues in the basement so they installed a full perimeter Watercontrol system as well as some PowerBraces to keep the foundation structurally sound due to some bowing in the walls.

This customer had a completely new floor poured into their basement. A floor pour happens when the water tables become too high and a new floor needs to be poured over the existing floor. We first place our water control system and drainage matting down prior to the floor being poured over that. We call this the "Cadillac" of all systems! In the pictures, you can see the floor prior to any work being done, and on the second phone, you can see after we've placed our drainage matting down. the next step would be to put down the new concrete floor. 

Corner crack in the foundation that leaked water, we installed our Flexispan in the crack and also installed a small amount of drain tile in the floor around the wall crack.
