Badger's experience and professionalism is what lead me to hire them. My sales specialist, Ron, was very thorough. The crew was very nice and did a great job fixing my basement.

Bill Hammer came on 2-10-14 and did a very complete check on my sump pump system.  As he was leaving the basement, he noticed water running out of the water heater.  He immediately got a pail out to catch the water.  He turned off the water to the unit and found the pressure relief valve was worn out.  If he had not been here, I don't know what I would have done.  Also, before this water heater episode, I had asked him to bring in a 40lb bag of salt from my car which is gladly did for me.  Bill Hammer is to be commended for his knowledge and helpfulness.

Bill Peterson and Bill Hammer were excellent. Bill P gave a very clear explanation and did his best to propose a reasonable price and to make sure all my questions were answered. The cleanup was excellent. I was very impressed and called a friend downstairs just to look at it. The crew leader, Bill Peterson was exceptionally good. He made sure my life was disrupted as little as possible and was very reassuring. He is an intelligent and very responsible man.

The office staff was courteous and helpful.  Ron was very thorough and he explained what would be done. The crew arrived on time, were very courteous and the cleanup was great!  Job well done!
