I always appreciate the office staff who can answer my question and the in-house visits.  The guys inform me of what I need to know and are so polite.    My sink faucet leaks a little and he cleaned it up.

Carmen filled out her post installation survey and one of the things that stuck out most was that she really appreciate that our Sales Specalist was not pushy and he was very informative. She also noted that we met and exceeded all her expectations she appreciated all the email and letter reminders that we send out, these helped keep her informed of her project!

Excellent service from start to finish. Cort, started us off with the expertise of the design that would fit our needs. He’s a wealth of information and made it very easy. Everyone from the office, to our crew Gene, Cam & Lukus were remarkable! Were able to move our appointment 2 weeks earlier which was much appreciated. Gene (foreman) explained everything in detail, extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! End project was very clean!

My sales specialist, Chris, was prompt and thorough. He took the time to explain things completely and made sure I did have any unanswered questions. Chris gave a sound solution and he got it to me quickly - competition took over a week to send a proposal. Project clean up exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to clean up after the crew at all!

Good presentation from the salesperson/evaluator. Josh was very friendly and he explained what he was going to do in detail. The job was satisfactory and we hope it deals with the water problem totally when spring comes!

Dear Badger:  On August 6th we had one of your technicians named Bill Peterson come out to check and clean up our sump pump tank and system.  He was such an outstanding, kind and courteous man that I just had to drop you a line to commend him!  We have had your system for a number of years and all your technicians have been kind and courteous, but Bill has to be the very nicest one I ever encountered.   Too often, we encounter lovely people who do great credit to their jobs and employers, and we do not make the effort to express this to the company.  I hope Mr Peterson will be with you for many years, and I know without question that he will delight each customer he visits.  Thanks for hiring him!
