During the initial visit to verify the work needed to be done everything was explained with great detail and questions answered promptly. The reviews of past work also helped me decide.  I was given a call the night before the install to let me know a time to expect the install crew and they were there when they said they would be.

Dick reached out to us and let us know that an area we had previously lifted had sunken a little bit, with being in his 5 year warranty we were able to come back out and help relift these areas for him, and this is an email we got after we completed his work today.
