An Alaska homeowner contacted Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to get his basement back to  top shape. Flooding and debris had rendered the basement as a health hazard. We installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to solve the basement problem as well the SuperSump pump system with cast iron pump, liner, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, CleanPump Stand, and WaterWatch alarm system. WaterWatch will alert the homeowner in the event that water levels get too high. Our IceGuard system will prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. The LawnScape 0utlet will terminate a sump pump discharge line.  These products will protect the basement from further flooding and keep the homeowner and his family healthy and happy!

To capture groundwater and wall seepage, we installed our WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall systems - a below-grade drainage piping system combined with a plastic liner, which drains water into the piping below. 

We replaced this old, uncovered sump pump with a high quality SuperSump, which can remove up to 2,240 gallons per hour. It even includes an airtight lid and a WaterWatch alarm system that alerts the homeowner when water begins to rise above pump operating levels. 

To prevent this seeping basement wall from flooding the basement, we installed a CleanSpace Wall System, which funnels water into our below-grade perimeter WaterGuard drainage system. Combined, this sends water seepage directly to our TripleSafe sump pump, which removes up to 6,400 gallons of water per hour.
