This customer called in with concerns of water coming into the crawlspace. There was already a vapor barrier installed so we added SmartPipe as a drainage system around the perimeter, which is the first custom-engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. A sump pump was placed as a pressure relief and water evacuation system. This customer also opted for the Aspen high performance air purifier to remove dust, pollen, gasses and viruses inside the living space of the home.

A client called in upset about the amount of standing water in their crawlspace. We placed the Sedona dehumidifier in the crawlspace to dry it out. This will control the humidity and moisture in the crawlspace until they are ready to move forward with a full encapsulation! Give us a call if you would like more information. 

The moldy, musty smell in their home wasn't going away, so this homeowner called the crawl space experts. We replaced their thin, flimsy liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, and fortified the encapsulation with our SilverGlo 2" foamboard crawl space wall insulation. Now, this crawl space will stay dry, warm and clean for years to come -- without a moldy, musty smell! 

To keep their basement dry and help prevent microbial growth, we built a basement waterproofing system with our SuperSump Plus, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace Wall System. Combined, wall seepage and groundwater is drained directly into the sump pump, which can remove up to 2,240 gallons of water per hour — all while keeping the home and the drywall safe and dry. 

This homeowner wanted to replace their window well with a more attractive well that also had a cover. We replaced it with a Rockwell© Window Well, which is a one-piece, rigid construction that will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. It's UV stable, rust and rot proof, and stands up to extreme temperatures. While not intended for continual foot traffic, our polycarbonate cover can even hold up to 500 lbs of weight, preventing people from accidentally falling in the well.
