This homeowner wanted to replace their window well with a more attractive well that also had a cover. We replaced it with a Rockwell© Window Well, which is a one-piece, rigid construction that will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. It's UV stable, rust and rot proof, and stands up to extreme temperatures. While not intended for continual foot traffic, our polycarbonate cover can even hold up to 500 lbs of weight, preventing people from accidentally falling in the well. 

To fix their basement leak, we installed a full-perimeter WaterGuard drainage system to capture water at the entry point of the basement, and a TripleSafe sump pump system to remove up to 6,400 gallons of water per hour.

Have you noticed water coming into your basement garage? A recent customer of ours noticed their garage was getting a lot of water. They decided to have someone come out and take a look at it. They then installed French Drains around the outside of the home. The homeowners realized the French Drains were not working so they decided it would be best to call and have someone else come out.
