I just had my garage floor leveled and I am extremely happy with the work by Polylevel. From the initial discussion with the salesperson Dennis, who did a great job of explanning what Polylevel could do for me  to the incredible work done by their very knowledgeable and competent technicians, Craig and John, it feels like I have a brand new garage! If you are in need of concrete work,  I wholeheartedly recommend Polylevel. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get the awesome team of Craig and John. There were such a pleasure to work with. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.  

They came nice and early and got the job done very quickly. The sidewalk is totally level and my driveway seems just fine. The workers, Q and Alex were very friendly, informative, and they even swept up my driveway for me! So nice. The holes from where the compound was pumped are so small and filled up so cleanly you can hardly notice them. As a short term review, 5/5

Great job by both crews, Ryley & Jon for the levelling and Alex & Nick for the sealing. Alex & Jon even took the time to explain to a curious neighbor the process while doing the repairs to our driveway.  

I am glad to choose POLYLEVEL. Today I have a concrete lifting on my side step and driveway. The crew Ryley, Harm and Jon are friendly and helpful on explaining the process and the next step for the concrete filling. The process is seamless from the site visit getting a quote to the actual work done.  

Bruce was very thorough and informative. Ryley, Connor, and Harm did a great job. Very Professional. The sealant team still needs to do their stuff. Water resistant and rodent resistant. Also seems to be a more permanent solution compared to mud jacking

Very satisfied as this point with the final product. I am very curious to see how the product stands up. Having the 3 year warranty was huge in making our decision to go with PolyLevel. The Sales rep (Vince) and customer service reps were wonderful. Vince did a great job with the technical presentation and forwarded me a quote with reference to videos. Hugo and Olivier were GREAT!! Professional, friendly and personable. They did a great job explaining what would be done in chronological order. Cleaned up after the job was complete. Didn't even know that they were here other than our sidewalk is now level. Hugo and Olivier did a fantastic job. I couldn't find anyone to do the traditional cement jacking so I went to google to check out the use of expanding foam. I talked to a few friends who had it done and they were happy with it so I made the call. I chose PolyLevel because of the great reviews.            

Everyone was great, from the estimate right to the work being completed. Our salesperson Bruce was super friendly and explained everything to us. Had our quote same day. The guys were all great, they were happy easy-going and got the job done. We had a large area to do. Jon and Jon were awesome. We had two separate crews come out, one did the lifting, the other did the Crack filling and sealing. Left our driveway and sidewalk clean and looking great. No more tripping hazard for us. We were driving home and saw one of our neighbors getting it do so we stopped and asked if they would come over and have a look at ours. Polylevel sent a rep over the next day. Showed us all the options and prices. Now our driveway and sidewalks are safe. Thank you        

Polylevel came to my acerage to fix a sidewalk that had sunk several inches. It was important to fix for safety reasons as it made it difficult for our elderly mother to navigate the step. Evan, Rob and Kyle showed up on time on the date that we agreed on and they were super polite. Great professional crew that made quick work of the sidewalk. Thanks guys!  

Q and Ryan were top notch! Great guys that walked me through the entire job before during and after. No surprises. They explained the pros & cons of each area they were working in, and like true pros they evaluated the the risk \ vs reward and let me have the final say. I priced out mud jacking from a company in my home town and the poly lift was 1K less and from my research on poly, it's a superior product. Nice work I would recommend Poly Lift Alberta and be sure to ask for Q and Ryan to be your crew! They just finished up I will leave another review after we use the garage this winter.  

After waiting a month to hear back from 2 other companies I called Polylevel and was quickly impressed by Lindsay’s efficiency and knowledge ! Vince got back to me the same day and after sending pictures we had an agreement settled in 2 days! The crew arrived right on schedule and they were very courteous and explained the process, cleaned up the work area making sure we were happy ! Thank you Hugh and Cole .
