Other companies suggested that I have an area torn out and put new concrete done. Adriel showed up, measure and had all the products needed to make the sale, also said that the crew would have no issues lifting my trouble spot of the driveway. Dan and Russel arrived, talked to me about the driveway and went to work. If I didn’t see it happen with my own eyes it would be hard to notice. I stared at the driveway before and definitely notice the leveling of the drive way after they completed. Thank you for the stellar job.

The guys (Tyler and John) that lifted the concrete pad and sidewalk were outstanding. They explained to me the work they were doing and kept me informed throughout the job. We had to move the hot tub about three feet and they both assisted by using their strength to push it and then helped me put it back after they were done. They ran into some difficulty lifting a corner of the pad and through their gentle determination and a bit of effort they took the extra time to get the area properly lifted. I am impressed with their care and attention to detail and their customer experience. They left me very satisfied and I would highly recommend them.

[Bob] was sent to us for an estimate for work on our driveway. He was very professional. He did not take us for granted as customers because, He phoned to inform us he was caught on a job before our scheduled appointment with him, and will be a bit late. This is important because it does not let us wait, hang on the air, and speculate should he came or not. When he was at our premises, Bob worn a mask and set a portable table outside, with his laptop,  and explained to us, clearly what was needed to be done. He spend much time measuring accurately the whole area of our driveway. He had sample of the material, time allotted to do the job, and a fair cost for an estimate. He took time to answer all our questions,  leaving us no doubt to be trustful to the company to do a good job for us. I had Representatives from other companies, to do an estimate, but with Bob, my husband and I are confident to a job that will be well professionally and staple quality job done for us.

Dan from PolyLEVEL came out and gave us a free estimate, Dan explained everything in their process, including different concrete repair options and also other restorative options including concrete sealing. After watching some videos and listening to Dan's detailed presentation of the differences between polyleveling vs mud jacking, we chose polyleveling for the less invasive procedure and also for the long term stability of poly over mud jacking.
