We were so impressed with the job done today - we were honestly speechless! It was not easy as there were unanticipated complications - such as the steps being connected to a deep cement pile. The crew (Dan & Kalen) called the site manager (Francois) for guidance and he showed up right away. The time spent obviously exceeded the time allocated. They had to source other equipment to deal with the cement pile issue. It doesn't happen often nowadays that workers actually have tenancy to follow through to an end product. I would recommend this company 100%. We truly appreciate a job well done!!! They were also great at communicating what was happening and my mother-in-law was shocked at the customer service level and commented the workers were "so congenial". Thank you so much!!! We loved transacting with this company.

I have to say that Francois & Jeric were AMAZING! The level of service from beginning to end was outstanding! Ryan came out to give us a quote, very professional and polite and he was the reason we chose PolyLEVEL. They lifted our cracked and sinking cement pad in the back and did an amazing job! We are very pleased with the results and they never tacked on any extra fees for this and that....very honest and decent people. They truly were the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This team was very quick, professional, and completed a high quality job and clean-up. They even lifted my gate to complete the grade and ensure the gate still swung properly afterwards! Contacted Polylevel to do some work on my driveway because two of my neighbours had driveway repairs done last year by Polylevel, and were very happy with the results. Bob came out to give me a quote and he was very professional in explaining all my options and which made sense to proceed.   Decided on filling several voids under my driveway for stabilization (lifting of cement pad not required), grinding out and sealing cracks & seams, and sealing the concrete surface.  2 weeks later a crew of Hugo, Jet & Olivier arrived who stabilized the driveway and ground out cracks, followed later in the day by Josh and another worker to seal the surface. The next day, Hugo, Jet & Olivier returned to seal the cracks & seams as that must be done after surface sealing. Both crews did a great job, were very efficient & professional, answered my questions, and were very friendly. Fully satisfied with the results, and have recommended Polylevel to my son.  Excellent work!

You guys (Dan and Kalen) did a great job on my driveway. The trip hazard is gone and the NexusPro looks really good in the joints. I am happy we did the whole thing, you will have my highest recommendations.

Poly level was without doubt the right choice. From the sales team to the workers completing the job the company proved to be professional and pleasant to work with. Vincent was exceptional to deal with and quick to respond to any concerns. The concrete lift was controlled and finished exactly where it was promised. I value the attention to detail that they showed from start to finish! The holes they drilled to insert foam were only 3/8” and are not noticeable. The price they gave was fair and surprisingly very similar in price to mud jacking which is a far inferior method. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Extremely Satisfied with their work!

Craig and John, the team that did the installation, were professional and flexible to our request. They maintained a high level of product expertise and provided excellent customer service. I also so wanted to note that they gave me proper PPE requirements while working on site and an understanding of the hazards during the process. I could not be any more happier with their performance and standard of excellence. Koodos to the both of them.

I was impressed with their approach, they checked to ensure I was ok with the actions they were taking and they explained each step of what they were going to do before it happened. Coming from a background where safety is always part of the job I was pleased to see that all ppe was in good condition and used and that Kalen, professionally, identified to me that if was observing in the vicinity of the work that I would need to wear safety glasses. The end result of raising the floor and filling the void were accomplished and Dan ensured I was good with the results before cleaning up. The final cleanup was done very well. Make these guys your first call.  It started with a quote and professionalism that blew other quotes out of the water.  Then I get a call saying when they should be here and they were right on time.  Q & Evan did an exceptional job with the lift on the driveway.  The drive way had dropped over three inches and they got it all level.  Then the next team, Jon & Andrew came to seal up all the cracks so it will look hot for a long time.  Worth every penny having this company do the work.  

First of all, I must tell you how impressed I am with the service I experienced by your company. Ten minutes after I sent an email inquiry I received a telephone call setting up an appointment for the next day. You arrived at 9.30 am and by 4.30 pm I had a estimate for the required work... Again, many thanks for your incredible service. It is no wonder that your company come so highly recommended. I have been conned so many times in the recent past, at great expense, by companies who, realizing that I am an “old” woman living alone, take advantage of this situation, believe that it is OK to do so... A few points 1. I was so impressed with your team (Hugh and partner). They introduced themselves- and SHOOK MY HAND (shock). Even though it was not in the contract, Francois investigated the source of the water which periodically appeared on the floor and identified a source, a crack between the house and garage. He then asked one of the crew members to fil it with NexusPro. 2. We had so much rain over the past weekend that I was holding my breath in case I got yet another flood. NOPE! 3. I think that I can safely retire my newspapers in anticipation of said flood. Again, many thanks for such excellent service.

Amazing job! We didn't think it was possible to fix our driveway but these guys did it! They were on time, professional, super clean, and they lifted our driveway back up to where it's supposed to be. They also quoted us right and didn't surprise us with any hidden surcharge. Adam and Q came back to do more work in our backyard and once again they fixed what we thought was impossible to fix.
