Everyone I talked to were pleasant and knowledgeable. Bob Burns was my sale rep. He explained the process to fix and repair the garage floor that was sinking and tilting to one side. He was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The crew were awesome. John and Craig did a fantastic job. They took the time to explain what had to be done, which I appreciated. The job was well done and I couldn’t be happier with their workmanship. The workplace was left clean and tidy. This is a great company to deal with from start to finish. PolyLevel is a fantastic company. They have amazing customer service and follow through on that promise!   I used PolyLevel to get everything done to my driveway: foam injection to stabilize and level it; sealant to prevent moisture from penetrating the concrete; and filler in the expansion joints. I also had them lift and level the sidewalk from my driveway to front step.   Everyone I dealt with from the company, from the person who originally quoted me, to people on the phone, and the crews, were pleasant, friendly, professional, and on time. The company communicates well with clients, with crews calling in advance of their arrival and then actually arriving in the window they said. I'm big on punctuality, so this is a huge plus in my eyes.   After I had the work done in Sept 2020, I had a concern the sealant hadn't worked everywhere. I contacted PolyLevel and they said they would re-seal, but the weather was too cold. I put a reminder on my calendar to call them in the spring (March 2021) and I was blown away that they called me before I could get around to calling them. I was sure I'd have to call them and remind them. Many companies would not be proactive and instead just let someone with a concern forget about it with the passage of time.   This Sept 2021, I noticed some of the joint filler had holes in it. I emailed, and the same day had a call back, and an appointment with a foreman that same week. He looked over the filler and also noted the sidewalk I'd had levelled had sunk. He said a crew would come out to inspect, fix, or replace all the joint filler (not just the areas I pointed out) and re-lift the sidewalk. A crew came the next day.   I have been beyond impressed with PolyLevel in the year-ish since I first hired them. They back up their product with amazing customer service and prompt follow through. Their top priority really does seem to be ensuring everyone who uses them is happy, even well after the bill's been paid. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My sidewalks, front stairs, and concrete back pad were becoming an issue for me. The sidewalks were sloping toward the house. the stairs coming away from the house, and the back pad was cracking because it was being undercut by water. Ryley and Russell the technicians that worked with me quickly ascertained the lay of the land, confirmed with me, and got down to business. They were quick, careful, and displayed an attention to detail that is hard to find when contracting out. I felt as if they were treating my project as if it was their own. The results were impressive. The stairs returned to their original position, my walks now sloped properly, and my back pad re-sloped and sealed against the elements. There is a small but significant Coda to my experience. My LWD (little white dog) decided to make some significant alterations to the applied sealant in the back. I wound up with paw-prints in several locations. I called PolyLevel to see what could be done. A crew was dispatched the very same day and repairs were swiftly effected, at no additional cost. Amazing. Polylevel, in my case, did the project right the first time and stood behind their work 100% and went above and beyond when it came to incidental dog damage. I would highly recommend Polylevel to any homeowner who needs sidewalk/pad rehabilitation.

Craig, Connor, Jerrick and John did a great job levelling our sidewalk. They were friendly and professional and even engaged our kids in the process. When Polylevel did our quote they were the only company that took time while at our house to thoroughly explain the process, answer questions and reassure us it would be successful. Others said it couldn’t be done and we’d need new concrete at quadruple the price this job cost. Hani and Ryan returned to do the sealant after the poly had cured and were just as professional as everyone else from the company. We’re very happy.

I would like to pass on to you my appreciation for your team of James, Andrew, Ryley and Q for the excellent work they did on my crack- ridden driveway and sunken front walkway. It was a huge project but the extremely hot weather we have been experiencing added an extra dimension to the work.  At all time they were courteous, ready to explain what they were doing, and did  a very professional job. We are extremely pleased with job done by the Polylevel crews and how much better our driveway is now. No more pausing at the threshold into the garage to get over the change in height. Everyone we dealt with were professional, courteous - customer service at it's absolute best. Each and every person I spoke with at Polylevel AB was very professional and courteous. They listened carefully, made sure they totally understood what I was asking and were able to answer right away or got back to me when they had the information I requested. Filipe was terrific. He called to let me know he could come earlier than he was booked for and was prompt on the revised time. He obviously knows what he is talking about, explained very carefully the process and what to expect when we moved forward with our small project. The quote was quickly submited and was very easy to understand - exaclty what we had discussed. The installation team of Q and Alex were amazing. Q has been doing this for several seasons and Alex was a willing assistant. Q reviewed what was to be done, how they would proceed and asked if I had any questions. They quickly drilled the necessary holes in our driveway and then the magic started. It was fascinating to watch as the driveway went back to it's original height. Ryley, Hani and Josh did a great job on the sealing of the joints -Q and Alex did a great job on their clean-up. The excess foam was neatly trimmed, the holes patched and the driveway swept twice to make sure it was clean. The joint sealing team also kept everything neat and tidy, nothing for us to clean up at all. I did a lot of initial reading about mud jacking as we needed to raise the grade level of our driveway so it would again be level with our garage slab. It was then I learned about the use of foam instead of concrete. The more I read the more intrigued I was. I checked to see who provided the service in Edmonton, read the reviews or at least a number of them and was impressed. The one point that stood out was the size of the holes used to inject the foam - a fraction of the size that is used by traditional mud-jacking.

This week Francois and his team from PolyLevel dealt effectively and efficiently with a complicated issue we faced. We have an outdoor sunroom, attached by a shared roof to a single car garage. The sunroom and garage are on separate floating cement pads. The sunroom had sunk significantly on the unattached side and was pulling away from the garage, resulting in an increasing separation at the roof joint, particularly on the backside. We also were no longer able to close the door or the windows to the sunroom as the structure was becoming distorted. We knew we had to deal with the situation as soon as possible, but we were nervous that lifting the concrete might result in an even worse scenario. However, the Polylevel team assessed the situation and proceeded slowly, measuring and evaluating as they went. The end result is fantastic – the floor is more level, we can now close the door and windows, and the internal and external integrity of the sunroom and garage is intact. Polylevel was great to deal with - they listened to our concerns, were cautious and careful, and did an amazing job of correcting the issue. Thanks so much!   

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. I am not one who is easily impressed, but I cannot stress how amazing the entire experience was from start to finish. Felipe was so great to deal with from first getting my quote to having it revised a few times. I know I wasn't the easiest client to deal with but truly appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for me. James and Andrew came next to start work on sealing my driveway and they were so friendly and answered each and every question I had throughout the process. Trust me, I had many! They went above and beyond to re-coat my driveway as well when they felt it wasn't up to their standards. I wouldn't have even noticed, so very happy that they didn't leave until they felt it was perfect. Hugo and Ryley completed the rest of the work and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We contacted another company and they were not able to repair the sidewalks. When we spoke with Craig and John (working on my neighbors walks), they said it would be some work but they could do it. Craig and John came and lifted our concrete. They did a great job. The leveling was not up to our standards (unable to remember their names), so when I called in to the office, they immediately said that they would have a crew come over and fix any concerns we had. Ryley and Jayden arrived as scheduled and asked and listened to our concerns. They started working right away and when they were finished I was very pleased with their work. Its was nice to know that even when I had concerns about some of the work done, the company made sure it was fixed right away. Great job to all at PolyLevel. Overall, this was the best decision I made with regards to our sidewalk and concreate layout. A year ago, we installed brand new weeping title and a sump pump. This renovation created major displacements along and in front of our house. We had negative grading and our front steps showed a gap from the concreate flooring. PolyLEVEL sent Ryley and Russell who were professional, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. They addressed any unforeseen mishaps and provided the best level of service for a very old house. In the end, the price that PolyLEVEL charged matched the level of service I expected and gave the me peace of mind I deserved. Thank you all.
