After researching different companies, to correct our foundation issues due to a severe slab leak, we chose AZ Foundation Solutions. Bryan Patrick was our residential consultant, and he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the steps that were going to be done and explained them thoroughly. We not only had the foundation raised, but we had a vent system installed to dry under the house, a crack stitched, and the slab raised. All the work crews including, Edgar, Barry, and Sarah, were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We are very happy with all the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We found AZ Foundation Solutions on Angie's List with a lot of great ratings and reviews. Also, I believe they are the only certified foundation repair company in the valley. We definitely made the right choice. It may take a couple of months before they start the repair process, have patience if you want quality work. It starts with a Residential Consultant. Our Residential Consultant Brian was very thorough, explaining to us in details about the foundation repair along with a Power Point presentation. After that, Dell, our Engineering Analysis Tech who did the Manometer to survey the different elevations of the floor was awesome. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the floor survey and how he gets the measurements. All the crews who did the installations and repairs on the house were very professional and had some of the best customer skills I have experienced. They all explained in detail about the work they were doing and took time to answer all the questions we had. Berry and his crew who installed the Moisture Level System on one side of the house did a fantastic job leaving no trace that any work was ever done. That is awesome! Just FYI, when they dig a six foot trench, your sprinkler system may get damaged, no need to get upset about it, they stock everything in their truck to repair it. My drip system was sliced, and the Rain Bird wiring was cut into. It was repaired and it works like new. The crew that came out to install the piers to raise the foundation, Kyle, Eric and Daniel were awesome. Kyle and his crew went above and beyond their service of duty. I had some bushes that had some roots I could not dig up myself. I ask Kyle if he wouldn't mind taking the backhoe to dig them up for me. He said he wouldn't mind at all when the work was completed. He also took time to show me and my wife preventative ways to ensure our foundation repairs will last. That is great customer service. Thank you Kyle, Eric, and Daniel. The last part of the repair was the poly-leveling. Sara and her crew, just like the crews before her, was AWESOME! She took time to show me and my wife a few preventive measures as well to keep water damage to a minimum. Thank you for the great quality work, and most of all the professionalism and great customer service.

Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I now have a game plan for and knowledge of just what real movement looks like and what areas it affects. This knowledge is golden! This company (and Ryan) has our loyalty. After purchasing our home, we called Arizona Foundation Solutions to investigate a sloping floor issue.  Frank came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of our house and foundation.  With his information the engineers were able to determine that a portion of our foundation was sinking.  Although the report, scheduling and permitting took a while, once the work started we were very pleased.  Victor Mendoza and his crew member Alex were the best.  Victor's knowledge and pride in his work was very evident. He took the the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of our questions about smart jacks, piers and underpinnings.  His experience really came through with the lifting of the house.  We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing a resolution to foundation problems.

These guys were great to work with. Their enthusiasm and expertise really made them shine and they were very helpful too. They used their own time to help troubleshoot a plumbing issue with me (thank you Marcus) and a water runoff issue (thank you Gregory and team). These items were completely outside of the parameters of the foundation work which just supports the family feel. Would use again without question!

It's easy to write a quick, positive review right after the crew cleans up and leaves. I'm writing this over a year later. The foundation work was done in April 2020, where nine piers were installed in 3 days, along with some poly gap filler. Over a year later, the foundation is ROCK SOLID with no movement at all. In addition, Andrew at AFS has been available for calls with a prospective buyer for my house, discussing the initial survey report, the work done, and the warranty that comes with it. From the very beginning Bryan Wooldridge has been amazing! We were buying a house in Ahwatukee with stem wall problems but we were still living in New Mexico so our real estate agent met him at the house. Bryan explained everything so thoroughly and in such an easy to understand way that my agent was able to easily explain it to my husband and I. Bryan then followed up with a report outlining everything the same day. I had a question regarding one part of the house after we moved in and he came back out to meet with me and answer my questions, all of this at no charge. He was so kind and caring, I have total confidence that Arizona Foundation Solutions is going to do a great job on our home. Our foreman for the job was David Bickers and he was fantastic! He was really thorough on the job and noted things that didn't need to be done and saved us quite a bit of money. I needed Foundation work done on my home and I knew it would cost some money. I wanted to make sure I chose the best company. After speaking to AZ Foundations, I knew I made the right choice. They were very informative over the phone and sent out a Consultant Chris. Chris was very professional and was able to explain everything to where I understood. Anytime I called him, which was many, he was able to speak to me and let me know what to expect, including when I wanted to add more work. It got even better once the Installation Crew came out. Edgar and his crew were fantastic, they were very professional, they knew what they were doing, and they told me what they were doing. Victor Rivera, Jacob Davis and Robert did a great job coordinating, installing and answering all questions regarding our new system. No one likes to find out they need mitigation to prevent problems, but these guys helped minimize our concerns.

He drilled the foundation vent as close to the corner of the closet as he could. This excellent location provides more space to easily access the shelves. The PVC was installed straight up into the ceiling and looked like it had been there since the house was built. There was minimal damage to the tiled floor with only a small piece of tile being removed. The surrounding area looked fine and was cleaned after the installation. I was impressed by the PVC path that Barry chose to install in the attic. It is just how I would have installed it. We were also very impressed by the professional manner he displayed as I periodically interrupted him again and again with questions during the installation. His quick responses showed us he is very knowledgeable on how the system is installed and functions. At the completion of the installation he summarized  what he had done and showed us what to look for in case the fan fails. Again we are very satisfied and impressed by his work. Please convey our thanks and compliments to Barry.
