I had AZ Foundation Solutions install SmartPipe and drain, CleanSpace and Humidifier in my crawl space. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable of the product and did a thorough evaluation of the issues I was experiencing with the excess moisture in my crawl space. He provided great information on the different options to fix the immediate problem and long-term prevention of future damage. We had our front 18'x19' patio slab reinforced by Arizona Foundation Solutions using PolyLEVEL injected through the existing slab. Our Residential Consultant, Ryan Overcash, came to our home and assessed our project with input from AFS Engineers. Ryan was thorough in his assessment, recommendations and followed through on every aspect of the pre-job items as promised. Jacob did a gutter and moisture level system installation.  Shawn worked on the gutter installation.Both were very respectful of limiting the mess and dirt involved in installing such systems.  Jacob made an extra effort to be sure that the moisture level system, installed in the attic, did not come in contact with anything in the attic, like a wood beam, that would cause vibration noise when it was working.  Jacob left the inside of the house as clean as possible.  Shawn installed the gutters so that they are up on the house to stay.  All the outdoor trash from the job was picked up and removed.Barron repaired a large crack that was on the foundation.  It looks much, much better and was ground down to an even level so I can install replacement tile.  He also left the house as clean as could be in the circumstances.I would recommend them to others for the same type of work.  They all explained what they did and what to expect.  No one was EVER rude or lost their patience with my questions.The reason I gave a 4 was because the administrative staff was not very responsive.  I was having 3 different jobs performed over 3 days and no one could seem to tell me, or even bother to get back with me, about which day what was going to be done.  I also had trouble finding out what time in the morning the employees would show up for the job.

I'm a REALTOR and had a home that had sign of a potential foundation issue. I called a LOT of places with very few respodning and those who did respond wanted a ridiculous amount of money for an inspection. Then, Arizona Foundation Solutions came to the rescue! We inherited a house on a hill that had very major movement of the garage floor and walls due to the poor preparation of the initial preparation of the foundation underneath. We chose Arizona Foundation Solutions as they would be able to diagnose the problem, produce an engineers report and then have the repairs done. They offer a guarantee on the work and the guarantee is transferable to a new owner for a small fee. It did take quite awhile to get it all done, but when problems did arise Ryan, Edgar, Derrick and Matt were there to present solutions and get overcome the challenges. All very appreciated. I wanted to send a thank you to Bob Brown regarding the team that did the physical work at my home.   Foreman Greg Andrews, Alonso Rivera and Thomas Linear. They were very professional, worked extremely hard, explained to me each day what was going to take place,worked long days and always picked up after themselves.
