Kari S. of Carmichael California reached out to NorCal Foundation Support after noticing the concrete around her pool and side-yard sinking, creating a hazardous walk-way and pooling water issues. One of our contractors came out to Kari’s home for an inspection and decided that our Polylevel concrete leveling product was the perfect solution to Kari’s sinking concrete. NorCal offers a unique and nondestructive solution for concrete leveling called Polylevel that’s injected under the sinking concrete, filling in the gaps underneath caused by erosion. Polylevel quickly lifts and restores the safety and appearance of the concrete.

Kari decided this was the most permanent and least invasive solution for her sinking concrete and decided to move forward with the work. The final appointment only took 2 hours, and Kari has been very happy with her lifted and leveled walk-way and pool deck.

Shifting soils caused this concrete pool deck to crack and sink in various areas, resulting in several tripping hazards. Our team injected PolyLevel under the sinking slabs to lift and level them and remove the tripping hazards.

Carol G., resident of Sacramento, was ready to get the concrete slabs around her pool fixed. She called NorCal Foundation Support and set an appointment for an estimate.

Mat with NorCal Foundation Support came to check out the property and provide an estimate on the pool deck repair. Carol was told that the slabs could be lifted back into place with our PolyLevel solution. This process would even out the walkway around the pool as well as fix any tripping hazards. 

Carol can now be found walking around her pool without stubbing her toe on any uneven slabs of concrete.

Sinking concrete around this Sacramento home was causing tripping hazards. Our PolyLevel solution helped to lift and level those sections and eliminate the tripping hazards. 

Jim M.’s house has a family room that was added around 1954. It is the only room in the house with a concrete slab. At one point in the past, there was a large redwood tree next to the house that apparently cracked the slab and there is an area that is slightly raised as a result. That tree was removed some time before Jim bought the house. Now Jim want’s to fix the slab so he gave NorCal Foundation Support a call to set up an appointment.

Ray Anderson with NorCal Foundation Support suggested that the slab be stabilized using Carbon Fiber stitching to prevent further cracking. Jim thought this solution would be perfect and is glad he proceeded with the suggested Carbon Fiber.
