Customer was experiencing tripping hazards around their pool and patio area.  Our crew injected PolyLevel to lift the sinking slaps and reduce the hazards.

Rodgers B. from Kentfield noticed concrete slabs around his pool deck were cracking. He ended up finding and calling NorCal Foundation Support to come and check out what was going on. 

Mat with NorCal Foundation Support came to check out the property and give an estimate. Rodgers was told that the slabs could be lifted back into place and stabilized with PolyLevel; this would keep them from sinking any further which is what caused them to be uneven and crack in the first place. Following the PolyLevel, the cracks could be sealed and filled with NexusPro crack repair.

After going through with the suggested work, Rodgers can now be found walking around his pool without stubbing his toe on any uneven slabs of concrete.

David was informed during the appointment that the patio’s slabs could be lifted back into place with PolyLevel.  The process involves a high density polymer expanding foam that is injected under the slabs to raise and level the sections of settled concrete. 

David decided to go ahead with the suggested PolyLevel solution and was far from disappointed with this decision. He can now use his patio safely again!

She agreed that the PolyLevel solution sounded exactly like what she wanted and would be a perfect fix to her problem. 

Linda is extremely happy with her leveled side walkway. She now has one less thing to  worry about and one less trip hazard to watch out for!
